Buyers' FAQs: Everything You Need to Know!

Do you do commissions? Yes, I prefer to do work that fits into the rest of my themes and style. If you have an inspiring place or subject, I’m happy to take a look!

How long does it take for an order to be dispatched? Original artworks take 3-5 business days before dispatch.

What is the shipping cost?

All paintings on stretched canvas will be securely shipped to you in the form of canvas rolls packaged within a protective tube (for larger paintings) or in cardboard boxes (for smaller paintings). Framed paintings cannot be shipped overseas at this time.

All artwork is shipped from Singapore in collaboration with JustShip, Singapore.  (https://www.justship.sg/) who use FedEx International Priority(Air) shipping.

Rest assured, your paintings will be delivered to you in impeccable condition, meticulously packaged with the utmost care. Each artwork will be encased in protective bubble wrap and enclosed within glassine sheets. Additionally, 'FRAGILE' stickers will be prominently affixed to the carefully prepared postal tube or cardboard box.

It's important to note that the cost of this secure packaging, along with insurance coverage, is already included in the total shipping cost.

For our international buyers, please be aware that any applicable taxes, duties, and border fees are your responsibility. We want to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for all our valued customers.

How can I evaluate the authenticity and provenance of artwork?

All artwork comes with Certificate of Authentication signed by me.

How do I care for my canvas?
Dust the painting or wipe with a dry soft cloth every few months or so, especially the tops where dust will sit. If you notice any insect droppings remove with warm water and a clean soft cloth immediately. Rub the effected area in a circular motion until the stain is removed, making sure the cloth is continually rinsed and damp.

Can I frame my canvas with a traditional frame?
Yes. If you want a traditional frame around your new original, your local framer will be able to do this for you. If you want a traditional frame around your new canvas edition it would be best to buy it as "Canvas Only" and receive the artwork in a tube to take to your local framer.

Do I conduct workshops? I do conduct group workshops for kids and adults. Group sizes are limited to 5. For enquiries feel free to DM me.
